Throughout the job search, individualized and one-on-one guidance is provided which focuses on meeting your employment goals. In addition, job coaching support can be put in place to assist you on the job and to maximize your career potential.

- Our talented and dedicated tea of employment specialists and job developers work with individuals with a variety of disabilities and barriers to employment in order to assist them in reaching their employment goals.

- Providing assistance with setting realistic employment goals and developing job search skills such as resume preparation, job search strategies, and interview techniques.
- Developing a personalized step-by-step plan to meet individual employment goals.
- Actively reaching out to employers and community partner organizations to secure job leads for individuals.
- Successfully placing individuals in suitable jobs across a full range of employment sectors.
- Ongoing monitoring support to help individuals retain employment for a one year period.
- Providing funding for disability related employment supports and devices.
- Contributing with funding for items to remove barriers to employment - work clothing, uniforms, equipment, safety shoes, transportation, etc.
